Easy 5-Minute Mocha Fudge


This delicious fudge is so creamy and chocolatey, you won't believe how easy it is to make!
  • 12 oz dark chocolate chips (2 cups) 
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 oz (4 Tbsp) Coffee Syrup 
  • ¼ cup (4 Tbsp) butter 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • [optional] 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans 
  • [optional] Maldon flaky sea salt
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Combine chips, milk, Coffee Syrup, butter and vanilla in medium glass bowl. Heat in microwave for 90 seconds. Stir to combine, heat another 90 seconds. Stir again - fold in nuts if desired.  Pour into prepared pan (or candy cups or sturdy cupcake papers) and spread evenly.
Chill at least 2 hours until firm (or not), sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
Slice into squares. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
